Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, You can. Just email us at cspaulspetcity@gmail.com within 24 hours, and your order will be canceled with no extra cost.


Where Are You Located?

We are based in Windsor, Ontario. Therefore, we are 100% made in Canada and proud to support the Canadian community!

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, orders are shipped with Canada Post. You are entitled to free shipping if orders are over $45. Unfortunately, shipping to outside Canada is temporarily unavailable.

How Does Free Delivery Work?

Our free delivery service is now available only across Windsor, ON and La Salle, Windsor, ON. If you are located in Windsor and Lasalle, and your order is over $30, the “Free delivery” will automatically appear on your checkout page. Click on it, and our representative will email you within 24 hours to confirm your preferred drop-off time and address.

*Please note that your order will be canceled if you choose free delivery while the order is below $30.

How Can I Return My Order?

We have a 30-day return policy. Your orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery of shipment. You will not be asked for any reason for your return. However, the items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.

*Please note that we cannot provide a free return service at this moment. All items should be returned using a pre-paid, trackable shipping method. Post-paid returns will not be accepted.
